No – TrustistTransfer is accessed through a progressive web app by the merchant, then the payment method is generated and shown/sent to the customer. Customers don’t need to download anything to make a payment.




No – TrustistTransfer is accessed through a progressive web app, which means there is no need for you to download anything in order to take payments from your customers.




At the end of the payment process, on the payment complete screen the customer will have the option to download their receipt to their device (more options will be available later). 

 

The merchant will have the option to view old receipts in the transaction history screen, just click the transaction you want to view the receipt for and you’ll see the option on the popup.
