Open Banking is the sharing of data between banks and third parties, and it is quickly becoming the most popular method of payment due to how secure it is for merchants and their customers. Read all about Open Banking in our blog.




As TrustistTransfer utilises Open Banking technology, the payments made via the system are completely secure and protect both the merchant and their customer. To read more about how secure Open Banking is read the blog.

No – TrustistTransfer is accessed through a progressive web app by the merchant, then the payment method is generated and shown/sent to the customer. Customers don’t need to download anything to make a payment.




To change your subscription level, navigate to the settings screen within your account by clicking the cog button in the bottom right of the screen. Under the ‘Your Plan’ section, you can see your current subscription level along with an ‘Upgrade’ button which will take you through the steps to change your subscription level.




At the end of the payment process, on the payment complete screen the customer will have the option to download their receipt to their device.
