Standing Orders allow you to take multiple payments of a predefined amount, or a custom amount entered by the user. You can set up and manage standing orders from your TrustistTransfer account.
Setting up Standing Orders #
To get started, navigate to the home page of your TrustistTransfer account.
Click the ‘Standing Orders »’ button at the bottom of your screen.
This will bring you to the standing orders page.
You can then press ‘Create New »’ and fill in the fields on the screen that will appear:
Once complete, press ‘Set up »’ to complete the set up of your Standing Order.
Cancelling Standing Orders #
If your payer needs to cancel their standing order, this can be completed from directly within their banking app or by speaking to their bank. You are unable to cancel or block standing orders from within TrustistTransfer, as they are managed by the payer.
